The basic principle is to spray the urea that meets the requirements into the reaction tower and mix it with the flue gas, and then warm it to 350-400 degrees Celsius in the presence of oxygen. In the denitration process, a urea pump draws a urea solution from a urea tank under the action of a catalyst. The metered pressure is sent to the atomizing spray gun, and the compressed air is also sent to the metering spray gun. After the injection valve is opened, urea is ejected under the action of the compressed air, and after mixing with the compressed air, it is atomized and sprayed into the reaction tower through the nozzle.
Reductive removal reaction of urea and nitrogen oxides produces nitrogen and water. Its main reaction formula is:
